The Arkansas women's track and field team is bringing home a national title after a successful Saturday in Eugene, Oregon.
The Razorbacks finished the team standings with 63 points. Florida finished with 59 and Texas finished with 41.
Arkansas won the NCAA National Indoor title in March.
Along with the outdoor title, Arkansas made some history sweeping the 400 meter final. This was the first 1-2-3-4 sweep in any NCAA event.
In the 400, Nickisha Pryce set a new collegiate and Jamaican record with a time of 48.89 seconds. Kaylyn Brown, Amber Anning and Rosey Effiong all finished with a 49.72 or faster.
The 4x400 meter relay set a collegiate and meet record with a time of 3:17.96. Tennessee finished with a 3:23.32 and Texas finished with a 3:23.68.
The 4X100 meter relay finished fourth with a time of 42.71 seconds right behind South Carolina (42.63).
Rachel Glenn finished third in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 54.11 seconds.
This is the ninth national title for the women's program and 51st overall for Arkansas Track and Field.
