ADAIR COUNTY, Okla — An Adair County man has been sentenced to 50 months in prison for intent to distribute meth and possessing a firearm after a felony conviction, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office Eastern District of Oklahoma.

On Feb. 6, 2023, 40-year-old Justin Dale Killer of Stillwell had meth and a firearm while traveling in Stilwell. Officials said Killer had the meth "with intent to distribute it." Killer had previously been convicted of a felony offense, so the possession of a firearm added to his sentence.

Killer pleaded guilty to these two charges on Aug. 7, 2023, and will serve four years and two months in prison without parole for each offense concurrently.
